Are there any setup fees?
There is a one-time, non-refundable setup fee for all plans to cover initial costs of provisioning your hosting service. Setup fees are not applied when you upgrade or downgrade between plans.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. In fact, we only accept payments by credit card and we accept all major credit cards. You may select the card type when you order a hosting plan; the process begins here.

Will my credit card be rebilled each month?
Yes, we will bill your credit card each month that your hosting account is active. This saves you from having to submit your payment each month and keeps your account payments up to date.

You can check the current status of your account in the Contact/Billing Info section of your control panel.

Is there a minimum contract that I must sign up for?
There is no minimum contract. All coInnovate plans are automatically billed and payable on a monthly basis.

Can I add more space to my site?
Yes, you may purchase extra space at $5.00 per month for each additonal 20mb. Review account allowances on the Plan Comparison Chart.

What if I go over my traffic allowance?
The average bandwidth usage for Web sites is approximately 200mb per month and most sites won't use more than 100mb to 300mb. All of coInnovate's hosting plan come with well over those amounts. If your site, however, should approach the limits, you will receive email warnings. You may purchase extra traffic at a rate of $10.00 per additional gigabyte.
